Monson-Virginia "Ginger" Florence (Fravesi) Spinelli, 91, went peacefully into internal rest on December 27, 2014 in the care and comfort of her devoted family. Born in Springfield she was a daughter of the late Alessio and Lena Fravesi.
She was a devoted waitress at the former Ciro's restaurant for over 20 years. "Ginger" was predeceased in 1985 by her husband Valentino Spinelli, and her Granddaughter Tina Stratton in 2007.
She is survived by her loving daughter and caretaker, Christine (Gramarossa) Bronson & husband Francis of Monson, and her son Vito Gramarossa & wife Seralind of East Longmeadow, MA, six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 10am at St. Michael's Cemetery in Springfield. Lombard Funeral Home of Monson has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Baystate Wing Hospice 40 Wright Street Palmer, MA 01069. .
