Timothy J Duggan

Monson-Timothy J. Duggan, 65, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2024 surrounded by the love of family. Tim was born in Palmer, MA to the late James M. and Anne M. (Citowski) Duggan. He was a graduate of Pathfinder Regional Technical High School Class of 1978, Carpentry program. Tim worked for Leonard Mascaro Construction for many years before he retired. He enjoyed watching Westerns and was a fanatic about watching “Gunsmoke” every afternoon. Tim also enjoyed watching the Yankees and Notre Dame football. He could often be found working on a woodworking project or casting a line in a nearby stream or pond.

Tim leaves his son; David Duggan and daughter; Kristen Cummings; sisters, Mary A. Duggan and her husband Al Richmond, Ellen Ahern and Patty Ferry; brother, James Duggan and his wife Melissa along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Tim was predeceased by his parents; his longtime partner, Shelly Ellsworth; a brother, Dennis Duggan and brother in-laws, John Ahern and Dennis Ferry.

Services have been entrusted to Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. Monson. Visitation will be held Monday, July 29, 2024 from 9:30 to 11am. A funeral home service will begin 11am. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery in Monson. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Dakin Humane Society PO Box 6307 Springfield, MA 01101.
