Susan Nugent

Biography

Palmer- Susan A. Nugent, 64, of Beacon Drive passed away Saturday, October 15, 2011. Born in Holyoke, MA, she was a former resident of Enfield, CT and Wales. Susan was pre-deceased by her husband, William E. Nugent earlier this year. They were married for 41 years. Susan graduated from Enfield, High School in 1966. She went on to receive her Associates degree in Accounting and later she went to school and became a licensed hairdresser. She returned to school at age 60 to get her Nail Tech license. Susan enjoyed many crafts and spending time with her husband.

She leaves her Mother Kathryn (Carmody) Warren; two sons; a brother Steven Warren and his wife Debbi; her sister in-law Ann Robinson and her husband Mike; brother in-laws Robert Nugent and his wife Nancy, Dennis Nugent, Patrick Nugent and his wife Cindy, and many nieces and nephews. She sadly leaves her special dog, Molly. Susan had been suffering many serious illnesses for many years.

A service will be held Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 11am in the Chapel located at the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Agawam.
