Rosa Rana

Biography

Rosa Rana, 79, died Friday January 21, 2011. Born in Worcester, MA to the late Mauro and Angela Rana, she has lived in Monson since 1957. When she was a child she lived in Italy and learned fluid Italian. Rosa loved jewelry, hats, singing and pasta. She was predeceased by her brothers Dominic, Anthony and Aldo Rana. She leaves a sister in-law Virginia Rana of Florida; a nephew, Ronald Rana of Sterling, MA and many friends and caregivers at Monson Developmental Center.
A funeral service will be held Monday, January 31, 2011 at 10am at Daly Hall located on the grounds of Monson Developmental Center, burial will be at Worcester County Memorial Park.
