Monson-Paul B. Lovell, Sr., 58, of Cushman St. died Sunday surrounded by his family. Born December 22, 1953 in Ware to the late Clarence B. ands Elsie M. (Robichaud) Lovell, Paul was a graduate of Monson High School and was a life long resident here. He was the Town of Monson Cemetery Supervisor where he worked for over 30 years. Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, classic cars and car shows. He had deep love for family and loved being with his grandchildren.
Paul leaves his wife Terry M. (Samson) Lovell; their son Paul B. Lovell II and his wife Betty of Monson; a brother David Lovell and his wife Barbara of Monson; three grandchildren Brenden, Bradley, and Victoria; 3 nieces Sherry, Shannon and Tammy; many cousins, friends and extended family in Ireland. Paul was pre-deceased by a brother Robert Lovell and a sister Marie Jorden.
Funeral Services will be Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 10am in Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery both in Monson. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 5-8pm at the funeral home.
