Monson-Mae A. (Dougan) Meacham, 95, passed away Monday, March 7, 2011. Born in Gilbertville, March 21, 1915 to the late Robert D. and Martha (Lappin) Dougan she has lived in Monson for many years. Mae attended the First Church of Monson-congregational and enjoyed reading and knitting. She also received great joy from taking care of her family.Mrs. Meacham was pre-deceased by her husband, Lloyd H. Meacham in 1976. She leaves her daughter Beverly M. Harnois and her husband Wesley of Monson; her grand children Karen Davis and Kevin Malsbury both of Monson and 9 great grandchildren.
