Joseph Arsenault 42 of Monson passed away suddenly on July 5, 2017.  Joseph was born November 21, 1974 in Ware MA and has been a life long area resident.  He was a master fiber optic specialist for over 20 years with multiple companies. He cherished his family and friends.  Joseph was a huge Miami Dolphins fan and loved heavy metal music and DC/Marvel comics.

He is survived by his mother Mary Mozar of Ludlow; his life partner of 15 years, Alicia Lavallie of Palmer; two sisters Karen Arsenault of Wales and Lisa Lopes and her husband, Robert Lopes of Wales; three nieces, Jocelin Chichakly and her husband Kyle Chichakly of Three Rivers, Gabrielle Smith and her husband Zachary Smith of Oregon, Riley Langlois of Wales; two nephews, Shawn Kilpatrick and his wife Hailey of Oregon and Chance Langlois of Wales. He also has 5 great nieces and nephews, Gabriel,Kahmasi, Gianna Chichackly, Rylan Chichakly, Ezra Kilpatrick and Athena Kilpatrick; two step-brothers Edward R. Mozar of Indian Orchard and John M. Mozar of Springfield. Joseph also has many Aunt's, Uncles and cousins.  He was predeceased by his father Joseph Arsenault and step-father Edward Mozar.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 4-7pm in Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. Monson.  A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, July 15, 2017 at his sister's home, 28 Monson Road in Wales.  Please join the family anytime after 2pm.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Thomas J. O'Connor Foundation, 627 Cottage St. Springfield, MA 01104.
