Jean A. (Siciliano) Templeman

Monson-Jean A. (Siciliano) Templeman, 97, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019.  She was born October 21, 1921 in East Longmeadow to the late Domenico and Immacolata Siciliano.  Jean has been a longtime resident of Monson where she raised her family and watched her grandchildren grow.  For a period of time she was a commercial artist for Eastern Etching in Westfield.  Her greatest joy came from being with her family, cooking, reading, long car rides and being outside gardening and watching nature around her home.

Jean was predeceased by her husband Francis D. Templeman in 1994.  She leaves a son Thomas Templeman and his wife Joyce; a daughter Sandra Smith and her husband Thomas all of Monson; six grandchildren Mark Templeman, Jon Templeman, Daniel Templeman, Holly Quiles, Steven Smith and David Smith and many great grandchildren.  Jean was predeceased by her sisters; Edith Cazavillan, Josephine Gobielle and Helen Siciliano.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St in Monson.  Visiting hours will begin at 9:30 am with a funeral service at 11am all in the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Monson.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Monson Senior Center 106 Main St. Monson, MA 01057 or to the Dakin Humane Society 171 Union St. Springfield, MA 01105.
