Biography
Monson-Ida M. Stacy, 81, passed away Monday, April 8, 2013 surrounded by the love of family. Born in Monson August 20, 1931 to the late Ernest and Henrietta Stacy, she lived in Monson until 2003 when she then moved to receive assisted living care. Ida worked at Tyco Printed Circuits in Stafford, CT for many years. She retired in 1987. Ida loved to garden, had a great love of family, friends and neighbors and received great joy from spending time with her granddaughters.
Ida leaves her daughter Linda Duclos and her husband Ryan of Belchertown, a sister, Doris Schofield of Monson and a brother, E. Donald Stacy of Wilbraham and two granddaughters Olivia and Juliana Duclos. She was predeceased by two brothers, Ernest Stacy and Clifford Stacy.
Visiting hours will be held Friday, April 12th from 5-8pm at Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. Monson. Burial will be Tuesday, April 16th at 2pm in Moulton Hill Cemetery in Monson.
