Biography

Monson-Fernande T. (Pincince) Quarti, 91, died peacefully, Monday, May 9, 2011. Born in St. Marcel, Quebec, Canada to the late Deus and Marie (Lariviere) Pincince, she has lived in Monson since 1924. Fernande worked at CF Church Company in Monson and then was a home health aid for Quaboag Valley VNA and Hospice. She had many years of dedicated service to families in Monson and surrounding communities. She was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church in Monson, was a member of the Lioness Club of Monson, Italian Benefit Society of Stafford, Ct and many other community organizations. Fernande was an avid Red Sox, Celtic and Patriot fan and enjoyed spending endless amounts of time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mrs. Quarti was predeceased by her husband Albert A. Quarti in 1978. She leaves her daughter, Linda Trott of Monson; two grandchidren Erika Nowell and her husband Felix of Peach Tree City, Georgia and Trevor Trott and his wife Jennifer of Monson and 5 grandchildren Andre Trott, Devron Trott, Maya Nowell, Alexa Trott and Jordan Nowell. She was predeceased by two brothers Marcelin Pincince and Raymond Pincince and a sister Simonne Pincince.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday May 12, 2011 beginning at 10:15 from Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. Monson with Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Patrick's Church. Burial will follow at St. Edwards Cemetery in Stafford, Ct. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 5-8pm at the funeral home.
