Elizabeth J (Hulse) Weldon

Monson-Elizabeth J. (Hulse) Weldon, 87, passed away Monday June 10, 2024. Elizabeth was born in Monson March 17, 1937 to the late Chester E and Dorothy E.  Hulse.  She was a graduate of Monson High School and was the assistant Librarian at the Monson Free Library for over 37 years.  Liz was a past member of the Monson Garden Club, a volunteer with the Monson Fire Department and a crew member for Dr. Thomas Balloon School of Massachusetts. She also worked with her son, Rich and late husband, Ralph  at Well-Done Lawn Care.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her first husband, Ralph S. Weldon, Jr in 2000, and her second husband, Norman B. Hatch in 2015.  She leaves her son, Richard Weldon of Monson; a brother Charles Hulse of Monson; a sister Dot Thayer of Belchertown and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday, June 14 2024 at 11am at Hillcrest Cemetery on Wilbraham Road in Monson.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Monson Free Library.
