David Clark

Biography

David B. Clark, 64, a former resident of Monson, died Tuesday December 14, 2010. Born in Holyoke to the late Raymond W. and Jessie N. (Smart) Clark he lived in Monson for many years before moving to Southwick in the 1980's. David was a manager for Image Inks, a US distributor of printing supplies and products. Prior to Image Inks he worked for the former Rexcel in Ludlow. David was a former superintendent of the Monson Cemetery Department in the 1970's, he was also a volunteer for the Monson Fire Department. David was very active as a volunteer for Brightside. He was on the steering committee for funds and development. He was also on the board of directors for Growing Together Group in Southwick, a member of the Westfield Grange and Chaplin for the Southwick Grange and a member of Christ Church United Methodist in Southwick. He was a life-long NASCAR and race fan.
David leaves his children Davis S. Clark and his wife Hiliary of Northampton, Brad D. Clark of New Salem, Pamela Clark of West Brookfield; his former wife Christine Clark of Monson; his brother Raymond W. Clark III of Southwick and his grandchildren; Adeline Ford and Kaia Reese Clark.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, December 21, 2010 from 5-7pm at Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. Monson. A remembrance service will conclude the visitation at 7pm. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 10am in Christ Church United Methodist 222 College Highway in Southwick, MA 01077. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery in the Spring.
