Biography
Monson- Blanche P. (Robichaud) Burnham, 84, died Sunday, April 28, 2013 in North Carolina surrounded by the love of family. Born in Monson November 15, 1928 she was a life long resident here. Blanche was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church in Monson, a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Wilbraham, a volunteer at the Monson Senior Center and a member of the New England Apache Campers Association.
Blanche was predeceased by her husband, Ashley R. Burnham in 1972. She leaves her children; Kenneth Burnham and his wife Gigi of Southbridge, Randall Burnham and his wife Malissa of Saco, Maine, Bonnie Bloom and her husband Kenneth of St. Cloud, Florida, Corrine Burnham of Monson, Marilyn Obrzut and her husband John of West Warren; step sisters Emily Barbara Labonte of Florida and Sylvia Robichaud of Nevada; ten grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Blanche was also pre-deceased by several brothers and sisters.
Visiting hours will be held Thursday, May 2, 2013 in Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. Monson from 5-8pm. Funeral services will be Friday May, 3, 2013 beginning at 9:15 in Lombard Funeral home with Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 am in St Patrick's Church Green St. Monson. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery also in Monson.
