Monson- Antoinette “Toni” (Jacobs) Hale, 92, passed away peacefully in Florida with family members by her side. Antoinette was born on September 22, 1929, the daughter of the late Anthony and Augusta (Santini) Jacobs of Italy and was educated in Monson schools. She graduated from the former St. Luke’s School of Nursing in Pittsfield. She continued her education, earning a BS degree and certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She retired from Monson Developmental Center with over 40 years of service in various nursing roles.
Antoinette is survived by her children Antoinette Allard (Michael), JoAnn Fitzpatrick (Michael), Rosemarie Stebbins, Barbara Libiszewski (Gary), Alan Bolaske, and daughters-in-law Diana Wysocki and Dorota Bolaske; grandchildren Jesse, Sean, and Tanya Gouvin, Amber Bolaske, Shannon Fitzpatrick, Felicia Sawabi, John Santaniello, Gina Pariti, Evona, Adam and Ania Bolaske; great-grandchildren Jack, Grant, Laura, Michael, Grace, Tyler, Aidan, Brody, Nina, James, Brandon and Owen. She was predeceased by her husband Charles Hale, her sons Joseph and Michael Bolaske, and her brothers Santo, Louis, and Camillo Jacobs.
Antoinette was an avid Dale Earnhardt and NY Yankee fan. She enjoyed spending time with her family, painting, doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles, cooking, and playing her organ.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Lombard Funeral Home, 3 Bridge St, Monson, MA 01057, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick’s Church, 22 Green St, Monson, with burial to follow at Bethany Cemetery in Monson.
