Monson-Addison D. Kenyon, 81, died Friday, February 21, 2014. Born in Palmer to the late Everett and Ethel (Bardwell) Kenyon he has been a long time resident of Monson. Addison retired from the former New England Metal Culvert now Contech in Palmer after more than 30 years. He served with the Army during Korea. He was a member of the American Legion. Addison enjoyed fishing, gardening and being outside.
Mr. Kenyon was predeceased by his wife Helen (Crean) Kenyon. He leaves a son A. Dwight "Whitey" Kenyon of Monson; a brother Lester Kenyon of Dade County, Florida; a sister Janice Lovell of Palmer and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Arthur Kenyon and Everett Kenyon, Jr. and a sister Coroline Gunther.
There are no visiting hours. A Spring Burial will be scheduled at Hillcrest Cemetery in Monson with Military Honors.
