Wilbraham-Adam D. Dugay, 29, died suddenly September 20, 2013. Born in Springfield, October 4, 1983 to Douglas A. Dugay and Lori J. (Hancock) Dugay Frisbie, he attended Monson Schools and worked for area contractors as a roofer. Adam loved to go fishing, camping, going to the beach and being with family and friends.
Adam leaves his loving family. His mother Lori Dugay Frisbie and her husband Robert Frisbie of Wilbraham, his father Douglas A. Dugay of Monson; paternal grandmother, Barbara Campbell of E. Longmeadow; daughter, Emma Rose Dugay; fiancee`, Tracy Musiak and her children, Kyle Flechsig, Kaylee Garcia and Gabriel Phillips all of Three Rivers; a brother Jason Dugay and his wife Crystal of West Suffield, Ct; sisters Elizabeth Yeary and husband Benjamin of Ft. Pierce, FL, Cortney Dugay of Wilbraham; step-sister Holly Frisbie of Southbridge; uncles and aunts, Glenn Hancock of Springfield, Jonathan and Kate Hancock of Westhampton, Jeffrey and Deb Hancock of Westford, CT, Holly Hancock of Three Rivers, Thomas and Yvonne Dugay of Colorado, Eric Dugay of Belchertown, Jesse and Janet Wadhams of Monson; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 5-8pm at Lombard Funeral Home 3 Bridge St. in Monson. A graveside funeral service will be Friday, September 27, 2013 at 11am in Oak Knoll Cemetery on Thorndike St. in Palmer. A celebration of Adam's life will be held at Amvets in Three Rivers following the graveside service. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Emma Rose Dugay Trust Account c/o TD Bank, East St. Ludlow, MA 01056.
